Investing in Bitcoin does not protect one from possible viral infection, the solution (the best we have now) is to keep to health guidelines to help reduce the spread of the pandemic.
About the economic crisis, the OP was referring to solutions for those most hit by the crisis;
This people do not really have the option to buy bitcoin, as they need money to meet their daily needs, bitcoin is also not a money grab scheme, itsa currency which facilities peer-peer transactions. I will not advise anyone in financial crisis to buy bitcoins.
