Look at some coins which have active development. For ex Tomochain Vite, Dusk etc.

You say it like it is easy for someone to just guess which alt Wil do 10x, if it is that easy everyone will quickly invest in this alts, why don't you look out for Defi project to invest on, nowadays they seem to be making a lot of headlines, some people consider Defi as the next big thing.
Thas the problem about people around here on whos not having serious search in market instead they are just looking for someone to tell them which is which.
