" The League of Legends (LoL) World Championship was the most watched esports event of 2019, according to digital streaming data published by Esports Charts.
With
137 million hours of viewership, the Riot Games competition outperformed the Dota 2 International Championship and the IEM Katowice Major, which registered 88 million and 53 million respectively. The figures, which do not take into account data from Chinese platforms, represent a 66 per cent year-on-year increase for last year’s LoL World Championship over the 2018 competition." Source :
