About:

Pivx Lite is a pure POS v3.0/masternode coin.
As the name suggests, Pivx Lite is a fork from Pivx but with 4 major differences. 

1. As of this posting (February 3, 2020) there are only 9,468,00 coins in existence.

2. Block reward is only 4 coins in order to maintain low supply of coins. 

3. 70% of the block reward goes to masternodes and 30% to POS.
 
4. Masternode collateral is set at 100,000 coins and are awarded 2.8 coins from a block.
   (as of February 3, 2020 there are only 12 masternodes online)
 
   
COIN SPECS

PIVX LITE was originally launched under the name Quark 2.0 (Qrk2). It was re-branded to PIVX LITE on December 23 2019.

9,321,106 coins were mined (exact amount of Quark 2.0 coins in existence) for a 1 to 1 coin swap with Quark 2.0 holders. 
The Quark 2.0 code base was not compatible with Pivx Lite therefore the new coins needed to be mined on the new Pivx Lite blockchain.
