This is the fact, there are still a large number of people in the world who don't know what is blockchain and what is Bitcoin. Although it has been more than ten years since the birth of Bitcoin, because the concept is too abstract, it is still unfamiliar to most people.
The people,that have a PC/laptop/smartphone and browse the internet everyday have seen the term "Bitcoin" at least once for the last 10 years.They might have forgotten about it,but I doubt that they have never seen any article,news,social media post,forum post or video about Bitcoin at least once.
People,who aren't geeky and nerdy don't know anything about cryptocurrencies,but I'm pretty sure that they don't know almost anything about technology and internet in general,except the absolute basic stuff,like using Google and Facebook,visiting websites,clicking links and sending an email.
