In the AMA earlier this year we were told that the Phore core team would continue and the symapse team would be working independently. Which makes me believe there will be a second whitepaper near or upon arrival of Synapse release. I for one cannot wait.
yes, it is also my understanding, since the Phore Project will have the synapse as a complete and independent blockchain and team, I agree that it will most probably have it's own whitepaper, I also think that since we are very near the launch of synapse, it shouldn't take much longer. I am really eager to see synapse in action
Im hoping for more updates om synapse very soon. The details that have been given thus far are very promising. The transactions per second potention combining with implementing sharding technology is something that should really emphasise the ability and power of this project.
my understanding is that we are closed to the synapse testnet launch, the code is being build and the developers are testing it's stability
I have also read this "the current proposed plan is to take a snapshot of the Phore blockchain on a future date, and Phore holders will be able to redeem Synapse coins in proportion to their holding as of the snapshot date. "
This is interesting, it means the we will receive synapse coin in proporcional to our Phore coins, this is really good news, the exact ratio is not defined yet
another interesting point is that the Phore coins, they might be replaced by a token in the Synapse shard, which for me makes full sense
And at the end, after the smart contract shard is released, developers will be able to create dApps
