I hate pocket Aces. Every time I get them I lose, unless I go all-in right away. Yesterday was no different. I didn't want to go all-in in the beginning of the game, so I just raised a bit pre-flop, and was called by Goethe and SuckMyChips. Then I raised almost 10 BB after the flop, thought it would be enough for the villains to fold, but this was what happened:

Probably Goethe decided to bluff, and SuckMyChips ... well, I thought he had had pocket Js, 7s or 9s, so I folded. (I'm dying to know what he really had though.

)
That's how I lost more than 20% of my chips in the very beginning (with pocket Aces!).
Then, with some ups and downs along the way, I was on the 1st place even for some time:

I finished 6th in the end, after going all-in pre-flop with KQs:

Now, I wouldn't call all-in with KQs, neither would I go all-in pre-flop with those cards, expecting a call. I just thought knowing how cautiously I play everybody would think I had pocket Aces and fold.

But I was called by imaginethat with pocket Js:

Alright, alright. What's next ...

So far so good. "You won!", my wife shouted, sitting beside me.

Okkkaaay....
