LOL! What are you saying, if you have budget for 1 week then why making people working for you freely? That's why it is scam, making hunters work for free without any intention of payment is fraud, till now many hunters wearing their signature, posting of different social media hoping to get paid, but will not get the reward.
the problem is in the website you can't submit the application after you make the first submission and this thing need to fix by the owner so every participants can submit their work in weekly , since they are saying that the campaign will run for 6 weeks and in OP it says the 2nd week is running already.
Are you part of the project teams? Cause I'm interested in the reason why you are so sure the problem was from the site not from the OP ending (cause it maybe done on purpose) which is the reason why the OP is no where to be find after he paid for a single week.
Wake up guys but if you want to work for free you can keep on with the tasks.
