It's almost 6 months since the coronavirus took its toll on every aspect of human lives. it has been accompanied by widescale job loss, a rise in the unemployment rate, a reduced standard of living, and intense hardship. From the economic perspective, what will be the fate of the global economic situation and normal day to day business if this pandemic doesn't go away by the end of this year?
There are many news that talks about having the cure in the start of 4th quarter.
But of course this is not what we must expect because there might be a misleading towards this for the world to get easy and back to normal,
There is also some talks about This virus is not that hard, and this is not true pandemic because those past pandemic all of the victims died and did not survived.
But about if this persist until the whole year?then for sure the world will suffer in deeper loses and might not recover the whole next year.
The most frightening thing is of course when talking about this corona pandemic if it lasts until the end of the year. clearly there are still six months to go and something could happen, and no one can predict exactly.
the good news, of course, is that if drugs and vaccines can be found, the pandemic will end and return to normal. if not also found drugs and only do "physiscal distancing" is very vulnerable. because the level of concern of people is very diverse and there can be no guarantee of going well, it must be remembered that "physical distancing" only limits the healthy so as not to be infected with the sick.
the world economy will certainly be disrupted if until the end of the year it is still sustainable, because all foreign exchange reserves of each country must be issued to cope with this pandemic. from purchasing medical devices and assistance to unemployed workers and directly affected poor people.
what is most feared for poor countries is that there will be a new pandemic besides corona, of course, hunger. This is very scary and can be more dangerous.
