physical activity is the best treatment ever as well as gulp of fresh air before going to bed
Yes I also recommend physical activity and a cold shower after that this is to relax the muscles, drinking a glass of milk can help you to relax because it has melatonin that can help you to fully relax and feel sleepy, if this persist, it could be something and it's recommended for a medical check up, sleeplessness is a symptoms of other maladies.
