Was about to deal with this guy but he didn't want to go first so told me to create the bill first and I agreed on this because its fair and after he see's that the bill is good quality he will pay for it, I obviously watermarked it before sending it to him and he didn't agree to pay even tho he saw the bill with his own requested details.
His 100 percent trying to scam someone.
