I agree with you. After being attacked, Binance exchange returned the money to all investors, and I did not see anyone complaining about this issue, so in general, Binance exchange is still safe for everyone here.

I think if you are an investor, then you should only worry about bad exchanges. In the past, exchanges like Cryptopia, MtGox, etc. were attacked and then closed, so be careful.
