Well, we can't really blame them for doing that. Having a weak hand tends to be the universal characteristics of bounty hunters. Only a few really manage to dive deep and end up wholeheartedly supporting a project they help promote. Most will get off the bandwagon as soon as the token has a market value, no matter how small it is.

I'm glad that the developers still distributed the tokens to bounty hunters ahead of it's IEO or formal launching. I prefer holding my token and wait for the token to have a value I can monitor it and support it as I am one of its stakeholders.
No bounty hunter will ask later when the project is ongoing for development because of none distribution or delaying, the project will be supported by holders who believe in it, don't mine the dumpers there will always taker
