Not many users posting in this thread shows that it gets less interest but signature campaign wont help them a lot unless they have something special to offer for players. Sign campaign is just a way to make people aware about the site, while real promotions that are offered to players are the one that makes people join and play on the site. One more important thing, not all sites has the funds to promote through sign campaign or not all sites are interested to promote it through sign campaign for various reasons.
