Everything  that's promise a high return is scam so you don't need to ask it anymore. We can only suggest that don't put your money in any kind of investment  that promise a high return even those project that only give exact return is hard to sustain so what will also happen to those investment in that give it.  If you plan to invest just forget it, I just tell you right now that you will lost your money if you continue doing it.
