It's a flag showing that this person is part of the staff or is paid to promote/spam the platform. It's up to you if you see it as a red or green pill. Personally I don't really like disguised promotion (I'd prefer to make it clear at the beginning and not discovering myself after digging). and it even tends to make me avoid the service.
