You need to verify your Coinbase account to earn the altcoins, if you haven't done this yet.
Also, Coinbase rarely comes out with new airdrops, so you would have to be patient.

Verifying Coinbase account is not enough to participate in "earn" program. I have an old and verified account but participated only ZCASH, BAT, 0x drops. I've been in "waiting list" for Stellar, EOS, DAI, Tezos, COMP and Orchid probably for a year already.
I've read somewhere, that you can join waiting list for every altcoin, but if your country of residence is not "in the list", you wont be invited for an airdrop.
