The problem is that there are still people who are not that knowledgeable about bitcoin. It is nonsense if they invest in bitcoin without prior knowledge or idea about the use of it and its advantages in the market. What can we do? We are all not prepared when this pandemic hit us so what can you expect?

Telling other people to invest in bitcoin and teaching them is not that easy. At first, you should catch their attention and make them amazed about how bitcoin works and how bitcoin will help them to cope up with financial crisis or problems, just like this recession, inflation and etc.

This will help them pay reasonable taxes and help the economy recover from this pandemic.
The answer isn't always Bitcoin. I keep seeing people telling others that Bitcoin is the solution for this, for that, stop it. That isn't how Bitcoin works, and it isn't a godly medicine, it's just an asset, and it's how you use it that it turns into a solution. A simple solution for a recession would be to introduce jobs that require a lot of manpower. An example would be industrialization jobs, where a lot of construction work is required, and we  all know how difficult it is to construct buildings, which requires a lot of manpower.

Not to mention that the government also needs to cooperate with how they're going to fix the problems. Increasing demand to make people spend is one way for it to work. US tried doing so by giving their citizens money, but sadly hasn't worked so far, so they may need to take this approach from a different angle.
