Ethereum (ETH) is currently still trading in the range of $228. I agree if this coin would be the next "Bull " because since 2019 until now it is not "Bull ". Bitcoin is already pumping very high, but Ethereum does not rise in price. I think that this is a great opportunity for Ethereum can "Bull ". If that happens I am convinced that many altcoins are growing. But we have to be patient and keep waiting.
before the rise in ethereum prices, I would argue that bitcoin is the first crypto that will pump before other coins. ethereum will probably pump after that. some price increases that occurred in the past began with the increase in bitcoin prices first.
