Most people sign the addresses to show that they own those tokens in those addresses. This will prevent people randomly looking for addresses with loads of coins and just posting it to claim that they own those coins.
When I was on the site, I checked the betting history and it was going crazy.... even the highroller tab was very active for the amount of people that was online. (These can be faked in the proprietary code used by the online casino)
