I believe that this is somehow luck related game but if you have a rare breed kind of roosters in your lawn then the luck is mostly in favor with you. I know it's illegal in some places mostly in the crowded city but this kind of gambling is very famous to the elders that the betting amount sometimes would exceeded to $1000 or more. I don't think this kind of gambling would happen within the city, it must be somewhere far from it or an underground gambling lair. Plus, it's illegal in most places.
There are cities and municipalities in our country where they legalize cockfighting because they can generate additional revenue, and this is also job-generating gambling form, here in our city we have at least two small coliseums for cockfighting, and there jobs there like cashiers ushers and cleaners and of course the parking fee and the entrance fee generates huge revenues for the city where it is located.
