Hi Greg, I don't have this problem, but I guess that a copy of my peers file would help:
https://amsterdamcoin.com/peers.zip
Extract the peers.json into the data directory, overwriting the existing.
BINGO
Problem solved.
After uploading the peers, the wallet synchronizes nicely and is OK.
