If someone comes along and asks for the piece of the pie, there is absolutely no reason to share it. Granted a stressful situation might be taking place when friends and family start asking for money but nobody is bound by any reason to hand over their money to them.

I mean there will always be wrong people like that.
"Give me a piece of pie or I will not be your friend anymore" -> my response: "Ok Bye! With an attitude like that you were never a friend anyway."
