It's not limited by market cap, at least during a short term bubble scenario like 2011, 2013, or 2017. BTC is extremely scarce, leaving its spot markets very illiquid during conditions like that. Amounts like $500K or $1 million are very possible, even within the next 5-10 years, although like past bubbles I don't think the market will stay that high for very long.
