On this basis, citizens were prohibited from participating as investors in ICO projects. So partly it worked. People are very weakly interested in cryptocurrency in the United States.
On the other hand, in relatively wealthy countries, where the high income of citizens is relatively less interested in cryptocurrency, than in poor countries.
