Well, I'm not entirely suprised because not even in America but across virtually everywhere, not everyone really knows about bitcoin and cryptocurrency. The fact that the government and regulators are trying so hard to paint bitcoin to be a digital currency being used for illegal deals always turn off people to really learn about it but i think that's about to change as even merchants and vendors are beginning to adopt API and plugins that will enable them receive payments in bitcoin.
