Litecoin has no chance of hitting that value because this currency has been dropping for long time now.
From top 3 currency in 2017 now it falls to rank 7 and still falling.
Once i am a supporter of LTC but these days?i withdraw my support in the end of 2018 till this day.
So be prepared from now on. If what you say is true then you have to prepare now. Because not everyone has the opportunity to see this kind of bull run. I think very positively about crypto. So for the last few years I have been trying to deposit some $ every month in my crypto wallet. So it is better for me if the bull market starts from now.

actually i consider doing the same in past when i am buying small amount of Bitcoin every payday.
