UID of both users are same as well. Both of these accounts are created one after another instantly. It seems they are talkling to each other and it's certainly a violation of forum rules I guess. These must be counted as spam. They are trying to increase the activity probably.
No, they are not trying to increase the activities it look like they are bumping the thread or hired by someone to bump the threads.
