UID of both users are same as well. Both of these accounts are created one after another instantly. It seems they are talkling to each other and it's certainly a violation of forum rules I guess. These must be counted as spam. They are trying to increase the activity probably.
UIDs can't be the same...

Seems, accounts are created pretty quickly on bitcointalk so 2 minute difference doesn't mean that these accounts are alts and were created "one after another instantly".
Btw I have noticed that users target some users and follow their posting history, for some time, one user was usually checking my profile and immediately posting in threads where I have posted.
I just wanted to point it out that these facts doesn't mean that user is alt of someone and further investigation is needed.
But these users seems to be alt of each other. They post in the same topics, their posts are just 1-2 lines and another fact:
