You can add probit on the list  I guess some of these exchanges will shutdown soon or exit scam, so better stay away from it. These exchanges only depending on new projects that launch an IEO with them to make some money. They didn't have a good trading volume so pretty sure they didn't earn a decent amount from traders' fees. I heard some exchanges are already shutting down only good ones remains.
