Jesus, even a brief glance at his post history shows that he's a full-on shitposter and my guess is that he's not a member of bitcointalk because he's a fan of bitcoin but rather because it represents a work-from-home job. And looking at his trust, it would appear he's cheating at that anyway. No merits from me.
My ignored boards make viewing his post history return 5 results. Any time that happens, it's a bad sign... no wonder he didn't get merit if the user spent all their time in the Bounties section. What were they expecting, someone to say 'wow, nice Twitter reports!' ?
