You see, a lot of people (99% of them are newbies) around here saying something to persuade others but in fact are mostly thin air...
Most probably it's a just a bluff to get a 0.02BTC loan here thinking that someone might lend him.

Seriously HTX for a collateral? I don't know why etherscan.io always assume value of token based on a random exchange that it was listed even though the exchange itself is not reputable. It will be dangerous if this guy show his etherscan.io balance to a newbie user here too. FYI, HTX was a dead project already. The last update on there telegram community was last march and it means even the community was already dead. Most probably they have fake members on there telegram channel.
