Recessions often hit vulnerable populations hardest isn’t new. But this crisis is unique. For one, there’s a divide even among those who are employed. Lower earners, who are more likely to be on the front lines, are at higher risk of Covid-19 infection and its resulting health and financial consequences.
Lower earners, those with less schooling, women and certain minority groups have borne the brunt of the economic pain driven by soaring unemployment.
This is really hard and chances are we are developing anxieties thinking on how to bounce back after this. What advice can you give to most people who lose their jobs and struggling to make ends meet?
I do think the best advice one can give is : You are not alone !
Everyone is fighting their own battles , plus trust me only selected few have real jobs , other than that unfortunately things are not as good as we might think for most of us.
Frontline jobs for sure come with some risks , I do think companies should realize how important the essential workers are and give them a descent increment.
There are few things that I think can improve your financial situation:
•Look for language you are proficient in , then search at home jobs regarding the same .
•Learn how to use a computer Efficiently for business purposes.
I know it might sound weird for most people but trust me at this time the whole office thing is from home . If you do have a good knowledge of computers and you are proficient in the language of the choice of the employee , you can earn from home.
At the same time I would advise people to stay away from Trading and stock investment for a while , that is a risky market , until and unless you do know what you are doing you should not just go and try your hands on it. I have had some friends who lost a lot and are suffering.
It's not exactly recession but the situation is dire and we need to learn to save ! To use money efficiently .
