Our president already said to these hard-headed people "We already warned you several times already. If you are infected, it is not our fault already." which is I agree on it.
If a person doesn't follow the rules, it is not the fault of the government already. Most of the businesses here too are closed either permanently or temporarily which is quite unfortunate

.However, even if let's say it's a person's fault, the government still has the responsibility to cure these people as they can't just tell these people to stay at home, of course these people will be looking for a medical assistance and wants to get admitted in the hospital and the responsibility of the government starts when the government hospital will cater these people as we know government hospitals are provided by the government and they spent their resources on this.
