I dont think there will be a comeback for ICO, but for sure the successful ones are those who distributed their tokens via IEO. Theres a lot of manipulation and corruption in ICO. Blessed are those who joined in good ICO.
IEO has covered all the deficiencies of ICO, so there is no reason to re-choose ICO. if there is an opportunity to improve the quality of initial sales going forward, then that applies to IEO. so far, I have not seen a successful ICO. well, so I concluded that little by little the ICO was abandoned.
