Token success will depend on the way it's application in this area. Torren has always been a free platform, this is it's essence. If you have to pay for the content that it contains, then it will be a completely different platform.
As of now, to get BTT you just :
1. seed torrents for $BTT
2. run btfs node -> host and get $BTT

Implementation is huge already! For example, you can build a html+javascript, upload it to the btfs file system (for like 1MB file you pay something around $0.0000025/month)
