I also published monthly statistics for June 2020. About 20 thousand merits were sent in the previous month.

I believe that merit sources rate the quality of the posts in a primary order. Some established members have hundreds of sMerits and continue to earn merits by making useful posts and creating interesting topics. There is no need to force anyone to send sMerits immediately.
Your Telegram bot is awesome. I guess it sends a lot of notifications to forum users when I publish monthly statistics.

I still resist in this list, unfortunately the time available is very little and what little I have I dedicate to fixing the bot that gives me problems with the forum scraping
