It is sad to see because the casino part could be the best out there, some people may pick some other place but I am sure everyone who has been around would say they are hands down top 5, and to some best one, so why have such an amazing and incredibly mind blowing casino but ignore sportsbook?
That is the weird part. There are so many markets and sports to bet on, but there isn't any point to all of that due to these issues. Many users including us have complained several times about these issues, but they never seem to care.This is why their sportsbook is nowhere near the popularity of crypto specific books like Sportsbet, Betbtc, Nitrogen Sports etc and I doubt it will ever compete with them at this rate.
I recently joined stake (couple of weeks ago) but only checked out this thread today because I had some isssues while betting on sports. Guess, I am not only the one...
I mostly bet on sports ( sometimes I play some casino slots) but given the problems, I will continue on other sites.
Our sportsbook offer is fairly new. And we developed it all by ourself using just odds provider for markets. Everyting else is developed by us. So it does take a bit of time to refine it and fine tune it to perfection. We are definitely working on it.
I know many of you’ll are facing issues with their sports book, but I feel it’s wrong to say that the staff doesn’t care about helping user’s, because I have interacted with them on many occasions whenever I needed help, and they have always provided instant solutions for my queries.
Further I also remember when there were some questions put up here which were not answered, and I left them a message on their live chat, and within a hour someone from their team came here and provided the required answers.
Btw, why Stake team has no interest to cooperate with live dealer providers for better user experience?
I guess they want to maintain their list of games being provably fair. It's easy for them to get a third party provider and get more games but it's better if they slowly release their own games as they'll be known for the uniqueness of their games instead of having several games that could be seen on tons of casinos.Exactly and I do not think that Stake has intentions to provide live dealer games. Even if they want to do so in the future, I guess they will provide it themselves without 3rd party providers. Having original games created by themselves is better than providing tons of games from 3rd party providers.
WHEN we do it IF we do it, we will do it in our own way. And it will be by far the best implementation of provider games ever.
But our stake original games will always be our priority and our passion
Not many casinos left out there that do their own stuff. @MICRO it’s really fine if you choose to proceed slowly but steadily, and I also liked the fact that you have a clear mindset about what your goals are, and this clarity shall definitely help Stake succeed in the long run.
