Bitcasino and sportsbet are here from long time and I have this feeling that they will do the right thing in here.
I also hope so. 171 BTC is not a big amount for owners of bitcasino/sportsbet with how many big names are they sponsoring and making brand ambassadors. I hope everything goes well down for @Langel and is able to withdraw his amount at last after clearing KYC.

What concerns me is that it is only Karl, who seems to have not much involvment in the site, that has communicated with me, emails have not been answered.

Calm down... Karl is one of the affiliate managers ..( I think ) You did the correct thing by posting your concerns on this forum, because it gets 1000's of eyes now. I have gambled on their site for a long time and I have not had any troubles with withdraws before... (doing that with 171 btc is going to be tricky)
You also did the correct thing to record your session and to post it on Youtube. (Now millions of people will see this and Bitcasino will get lots of FREE advertising)
If they do not honor the WIN, it will turn into a nightmare for them, because the FREE advertising is going to turn into a massive warning and bad publicity for them. Let's get out the Popcorn guys... this one is the make or break for Bitcasino.io and also for other casinos out there.
