I do agree with you, the Phore Synapse it's not just another blockchain, it is a new robust ecosystem that soon will be launch
the work is now 80% done, so it's almost finish, the Synapse will definetly support smart contracts, dapps, etc..
Let's see when it's released, I am eager waiting for it.
