I have many friends using Tiktok and as far as I know, they don't know much about cryptocurrency especially a not so active token like the Dodgecoin. Probably a hype that its hard to get the attention of tiktokers, its hard to believe on this one. 
Tiktok already lost 200 million users since when India banned them from their country and now America is most likely to ban them as well so this is going to get nagative impact on the project and do you really think people spending time on Toktok ever thought about investing? 
Tiktok originates from China and since there's a tension between this two big countries, people in India are doing their best to boycott all the possible Chinese products and even the technology, well I also heard that Tiktok will leave Hongkong as well.
