When you're choosing a casino, which seem more appealing to you: those that offer one game or those offering many games?

That's a tricky question

If there are many games available in a casino, it is reasonable to expect that it will be pretty sophisticated. Aside from a few examples you mentioned (which are single-game casinos only due to historical reasons), every casino tries to add more games as it is a winning marketing strategy and sound business model

However, the more games there are, the more obsolete they may become over time. With hundreds of games on board, it turns into a daunting task to keep them all up to date. Indeed, with simple games like dice it is not a serious issue, but with more advanced ones it is. It's like playing some shooter from 90's (say, Duke Nukem or Half Life) again and again
