In this case, the fee for a transaction is exactly needed for exchanges in order to still be able to give their services. However, the matter is on how much fee we should pay. Nowadays, many competing exchanges reduce the fees and they are f=lower than previously. Hopefully, the fee is not that high at all. We do not expect for no fee but for lower fees.
