Mind you its previous ATH price was $3.40 if i still remember correctly according to my calculations, write this to your heart, with or without the pandemic problem it will be 2036 before XRP will make the price mentioned by the OP even with the inclusion of the f BTC bull run market.
it will be very difficult to achieve with prices and market conditions anyhow. look at the current price of XRP and we cannot expect too high to dream of all that will happen. although in the bull run I think the return from XRP won't be that big.
