They were giving same ansers on Telegram, and then saying here it was just "pre order". I really wonder how they gonna wiggle out of this. Naturally, one of the shill accounts is asking that, pretending to be interested, and hoping others will jump in when they hear that phones will be delivered shortly.

So, bumping service told Bitwings that if they hire them, they will get extra attention on bitcointalk forum, and attract potential investors. What they forgot to tell them is that bumping doesn't work anymore, and all they can get is negative attention. Which happened in the end, that's how i stumbled upon Bitwings and thier ridiculous claims.
