Sorry to hear your bad experience here in this site, you have done what they asked for but too bad they freeze your account eventually.
Did they change the turnover rule after you did meet the 3x turnover requirement? If so, it is very bad service absolutely.
I would like to hear the explanation from cyberbet about this case. Freezing account with no clear reasons after the users completing everything they ask is unacceptable.
Warning for other users who are going to use this site, it is better to wait till this case is solved or at least wait for cyberbet to explain what is going on with this case.
