@Coach0909 We have not received any registered complaint through Curacao gaming, they act as an intermediary so if you have sent an email to them it’s very unlikely they will ignore it.
@nexus48 We're sorry for the late reply. I'm glad to hear that the issue has now been resolved. Our technical team will always work at their best to resolve any technical issues that may occur while using our services, and they will be resolved at the earliest matter.

To the wider community. Our support is 24/7 the only exception is when agents may be offline for a break. We have Live Chat and Email service around the clock. If none of our agents are available you can leave a message and within 30 mins you’ll receive a reply.
Our CS team helps facilitate the resolution of issues with other Cloudbet departments, which may not be available at all times of the day, so we ask that if you have an existing case raised with our support team to await their response first.
