WixiPlay.io received valid accusations of running a rigged "provable fairness" system. Thread:

The account wixiplay had received two DT negative trust ratings.
It's likely that they made a new account to promote their services without the negative trust appearing.

WixiPlaySupport

I'm not sure if the standard of provable fairness has been improved on the site. Seems like it hasn't though.
IMO DT members should at least give neutral trust to the new account until someone checks on the fairness of the site.
