It is a fun coin and the developer wanted to have fun with the creation but the market took it seriously and we are still witnessing a billion dollar fun creation which is really rare in the financial sector other than cryptocurrency market, but it is not a logical situation to expect that the market price could reach a dollar for a coin that is nearly unlimited. I do not understand what is the technical development you are expecting from the doge team
