What do you think about transaction fee?
Sometimes transaction fees are a bit worrying especially bitcoin transaction fees which is very high, I still think they are necessary, so hoping for a world without transaction fees is unrealistic, I would suggest you try using electrum wallet since you will be able to set your own transaction fees and it will recommend the amount of blocks it will take to get a confirmation.
Is there any legal way to avoid the fees?
No, there isn't, there's actually "no two ways about it" meaning transaction fees can not be avoided no matter what, nothing is free in this world, you have to give something to get something, so I would advice you stick to the electrum wallet I recommended,
